Rompslomp starts free, but the cheaper plans count per month. According to the rates page (2 October 2026), with Starter (€0) you send 5 invoices and book 5 expenses per month. Puur Factuur (€7,95) has unlimited invoices but 5 expenses, Basic (€13,50) 10 invoices and 10 expenses. Unlimited is available from Professional (€26,50); Master costs €39,50. All prices exclude VAT.
Anyone with more than ten invoices or expenses a month therefore soon pays €26,50. That is the moment to compare with packages that charge per user, per transaction or one fixed price.

Which alternative suits you?
- You send many invoices but book little: Moneybird Start has unlimited invoices for €15, but at most 20 processed bank transactions per month.
- You book a lot and want a fixed low price: e-Boekhouden.nl Standaard + Factureren costs €24 with no limit on bookings, less than Rompslomp Professional.

Taking your accounts out of Rompslomp
- Preferably switch at the start of a financial year or quarter, after your VAT return. Set up an opening balance in the new package with your balances and open invoices.
- We found no public Rompslomp guide for exporting a complete set of accounts or an auditfile. Ask support which exports are possible before you cancel, and at least download your invoices and reports.
- In most packages you can fetch bank transactions again through the bank feed or an MT940 file from your bank. After switching, check that the balances match.
