Belfabriek is a Dutch telecom operator that provides business telephony: phone numbers and an online phone system. You choose a regional, 085 or 0800 number, or a number in one of 14 other countries. You have calls ring on your mobile, a landline, the browser phone or an AI voicebot. For your team, you set up a menu, queue and opening hours.
A business number for one person costs € 149 per year. Phone system (up to 2 people) costs € 25 and Customer service (up to 8 people) € 49 per month; per year that is € 250 and € 490. You pay for call minutes separately. If you only call over the internet, you pay € 15 per employee per month including calls. Prices are excluding VAT. You try each package free for 7 days.
