Calendly is appointment scheduling software with which others pick a time in your calendar themselves. You link your calendar, set your available times and share a booking link or put the scheduler on your website. In the paid plans, Calendly sends reminders by email and SMS. Teams distribute appointments automatically among colleagues. You can show the booking page in Dutch.
The free plan has one appointment type and one linked calendar. Standard costs $12 and Teams $20 per user per month; when paying annually, $10 and $16. Enterprise starts at $15.000 per year, from 50 users. You can try the paid features free for 14 days; after that you fall back to the free plan.
