Decisions is software for meetings in Microsoft Teams, with a built-in AI note taker. You create an agenda with times and attachments and record decisions and tasks during the meeting. Afterwards you get a short summary or full minutes, made from the transcript, the chat and your notes. No recording bot joins and your meeting data stays in your own Microsoft 365 environment. Decisions was founded in 2016 in Oslo.
The free plan is for your own meetings and has 100 AI credits per month. Basic costs € 10, Business+ € 18 and Executive € 35 per user per month; when paying annually that is € 8, € 15 and € 29. AI minutes are included from Business+. Executive is for board and committee meetings, with approval and e-signature.
