Glassbox is a web analytics tool for organisations with a lot of online customer contact, such as banks, insurers and web shops. It records the sessions on your website and in your mobile app. You replay them, see where visitors get stuck or drop off, and follow the customer journey from start to finish. Glassbox was founded in 2010 in Israel and also has offices in London and New York.
Glassbox does not publish prices; you request a demo or quotation. The price depends on the package, how long your data is retained and the number of sessions. There are three packages: Production Operation, Marketing/Business and Product, with 2 or 3 million sessions per month and unlimited users. You can take Glassbox as a cloud service, on your own servers or as a combination.
