GReminders is an appointment scheduling system from California that is mainly aimed at advisers, such as financial advisers, accountants and lawyers. Customers book an appointment via a booking page that is linked to your existing Google or Microsoft calendar. GReminders then automatically sends reminders by email, SMS or phone. You can add an AI note taker.
Basic is free: 1 calendar, 1 type of appointment and 100 email reminders per month. Standard costs € 9 per user per month in the Netherlands (€ 8 when paid annually); SMS reminders are bought separately, from € 41 per month for 160 text messages. Professional costs € 82 per month (€ 67 when paid annually) for 1 user with 320 SMS or phone reminders, plus € 17 per extra user. Text messages come from a US number.
