Microsoft Bookings is Microsoft's appointment scheduling software and is part of Microsoft 365. On your booking page, customers choose a free time slot and can change or cancel their appointment themselves. They receive a confirmation and a reminder. Bookings works with your Outlook calendar so that you are not double-booked, and creates a Teams link for an online appointment. You can create multiple Bookings calendars, for example per department.
Bookings has no price of its own: it is included in the business Microsoft 365 plans. The cheapest is Microsoft 365 Business Basic for € 6,07 per user per month on an annual plan, excluding VAT. Business Standard and Business Premium also include Bookings. You can try Microsoft 365 Business Standard free for a month.
