Microsoft Outlook is Microsoft's email program, with your email, calendar, tasks and contacts in one place. You use it in the browser, on Windows and Mac and on your phone. For business email on your own domain you take a Microsoft 365 plan for companies with up to 300 users. You then get a mailbox of 100 GB without advertising, with filters against spam and malware.
With an Outlook.com account you use Outlook for free. Microsoft 365 Business Basic, with Outlook on the web and mobile, costs € 7,28 per user per month, or € 6,07 per month with an annual plan. Without Teams that is € 5,60 and € 4,67. Business Standard (€ 14,56) also has the desktop apps. Prices are excluding VAT. You can try it free for a month.
