Microsoft Viva Engage, formerly Yammer, is the social network within Microsoft 365. You use it as the social layer of your intranet software: employees talk in communities around departments, roles or interests, managers make announcements and you organise virtual events. It works on the web and in Microsoft Teams.
The communities and conversations are included in the Microsoft 365 and Office 365 plans for enterprises. For the premium features, such as campaigns, the leadership corner and extended analytics, you need Microsoft Viva Communications and Communities for employees. That costs € 1,73 per user per month, excluding VAT, with an annual contract. The whole Microsoft Viva suite costs € 10,40 per user per month.
