Oswald is chatbot software from the Belgian company Oswald AI in Kontich. You build a virtual assistant with it in a visual scenario builder; developers can add code themselves. The chatbot draws answers from your knowledge base with generative AI, works in several languages and can hand a conversation over to an employee. There are integrations with WhatsApp, Facebook and Microsoft Teams, among others.
Building and testing is free with the Development plan, which is not suitable for production. Basic costs € 599 per month for up to 20.000 sessions per month, 1 integration and 2 languages. Professional costs € 1.699 per month for up to 1.000.000 sessions, unlimited integrations and languages and support with an SLA. A session is one conversation with one user.
