PDFengine (pdfen.com) is an online PDF service from Arnhem with which you convert files to PDF, merge, split and compress them. It is not a PDF editor for changing text in a document: you mainly use it to process many files at once. The service reads well over forty formats, including Office, AutoCAD and emails with attachments. You set fixed steps in a workflow and there is an API.
The free plan gives 15 credits per month; an action usually costs one credit per document. You buy separate credits from € 5 for 200 credits, valid for three months. Premium costs from € 4 per month for 200 credits per month, billed annually (€ 48). For Enterprise you request a quote. The site is also available in Dutch.
