SoftMaker Office is an office package from the German company SoftMaker, which has been making office software since 1987. It consists of the word processor TextMaker, the spreadsheet program PlanMaker and Presentations. You install it on Windows, Mac or Linux and there are apps for iOS and Android. The programs save in DOCX, XLSX and PPTX by default, the file formats of Microsoft Office. The package runs on your own device, without a mandatory cloud.
