Zoho Mail is business email from Zoho, without ads. You create email addresses on your own domain and get a calendar and task list with it. In the Admin Console, as an administrator, you add users, manage group addresses and set rules. There are mobile apps and a migration tool. According to Zoho, your data is stored in a data centre in the EU.
Mail Lite costs € 0,90 per user per month with 5 GB of storage, or € 1,13 with 10 GB. Mail Premium costs € 3,60 with 50 GB. You pay annually; there is no monthly plan. The prices are excluding VAT. There is a free plan for up to 5 users, according to Zoho only in certain data centres. You can try Zoho Mail free for 15 days.
